I'm Sharon Pegram, the reader behind Grim Reader Editing. I have a BA in English and Music and a Master of Library Media. As an active member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, I've volunteered in many positions, including seven years on the regional leadership team of the Southern Breeze region. In addition to editing, I write middle grade and young adult novels and critique with multiple groups and beta-reading partners. My passion for editing springs from the joy of helping fellow writers make their work shine.

About Me, the Editor

About me, the person

When I'm not editing or writing, I'm probably reading, cooking, reading about cooking, gaming, or wildlife watching (either in the actual woods, in my suburban backyard, or the feline antics in my living room). My reading tastes are eclectic but tend toward fantasy, sci-fi, and historical at all age levels. The ex-librarian in me loves a good research rabbit hole, so I'm that person who will ask whether you mean anteater or aardvark or kick the tires on your spaceship physics.
