My rate is $1.50 per page, with a page defined as 250 words. All projects shorter than 10k words are $50.
I go line by line focusing on continuity, syntax, grammar, and punctuation, and I proofread for typos.
I also include beta reading notes at the level you'd get from an engaged, thorough reader. This includes some developmental notes but not an in-depth revision plan.

80k words = $480
